Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

Once the order is dispatched you will receive a track and trace code from the transport company.

Delivery costs are €5,50 for orders under €100 in Belgium and the Netherlands. 

Depending on your country and ordered items your order should arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.



All our parcels are packed with special care. We are using the most suitable packaging for each item. The items are well protected in the packaging and it is made sure that the packaging are taken care off in transport.

Although fragile objects are packed with special care, some of the goods could be damaged during transport. In case you receive any damaged items we ask you to contact (info@tamo-boutique.com) us asap to guarantee a money refund or replacement.

In theory, any order placed before 12 AM is processed the very same day. Nevertheless the preparation and processing time of an order may take longer according to articles, and require between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation, from that moment, you can take into account the times given by the transporters.

returns

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tamo-boutique.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsiblity and will be refunded in case of damaged, faulty or incorrect supplied goods.
